Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to rebirth in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ and are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in His mission.
For the Baptism of young children, parents participate in a preparation class. Classes are held in Stieger Hall, Room 7, from 6:30 – 8:30 on the following dates (if you would like to attend a class, please contact the office):
For the Baptism of older children, youth, and adults, preparation for the sacrament will be conducted through our other faith formation programs held here.
